A pour-over kettle with a precision gooseneck spout for a slow, controlled pour, and to-the-degree temperature control from 104 to 212°F. It holds 0.9 L in 18/8 stainless steel, heats at up to 1200 W, and can keep water hot for 15 to 60 minutes or be scheduled to heat in advance. A small color screen and a single dial handle the rest, including a brew stopwatch. The shape is quiet enough to leave out on the counter.
